We’re very careful about the stylists we select to join the SalonYourWay network. We interview all of our stylists in person and make sure they are fully licensed and insured in their state of practice. We accept only the highest quality stylists with a history of excellence in customer satisfaction. Plus, all our stylists have years of experience.
In most states, including New York and New Jersey, the process to become a licensed cosmetologist requires applicants to successfully pass background checks conducted by a state investigator, before being deemed able to safely work with the public. All SalonYourWay stylists have passed these government sponsored certification measures.
All SalonYourWay stylists have the highest level of integrity and professionalism. In return, we expect all clients to reciprocate the same level of respect and conduct.
Once an appointment is requested, you are notified via e-mail. When the available stylist is attached to your request, you will receive a booking confirmation notice. We understand that plans can change, so please see our rescheduling and cancellation policies below:
- You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hour before the appointment time with no penalty
- If you reschedule with less than 1 hour’s notice, prior to the appointment, we charge a $35 fee
- If you reschedule with less than 30 minutes’ notice prior to the appointment, we charge a $50 fee
- If you cancel with less than 1 hour’s notice prior to the appointment, we charge $50 fee
- If you cancel with less than 30 minutes prior to the appointment, we charge the full amount of the appointment
No, not at all. SalonYourWay stylists always come prepared with a tarp to lay down and hair catcher apron.
